“Macro” is short for macronutrient. What’s a macronutrient? They’re the three categories of nutrients you eat the most and provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates and fats. So when you’re counting your macros, you’re counting the grams of proteins, carbs or fat that you’re consuming.
Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness and nutrition, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
